Well, the answer depends on YOU! Here are all the home workout resources you need to accomplish your fitness goals, whatever they might be. Do you want to lose 20 or more pounds of fat? Do you want to chisel a more defined and muscular physique? Do you want to boost your sports performance, running faster, jumping higher, with more endurance?
Using the information that I have provided, you can do all of this WITHOUT going to the gym, OR buying any expensive gimmicks. What you DO need is consistent and well informed effort. All I can share is what has worked for me over this past year, as I have gone from a soft and flabby 230 pounds to a lean, muscular 205 pounds, spending about a half hour per workout, three or four times per week. I did this all without spending 60 + dollars per month on gym memberships or spending valuable time (not to mention gas money!) getting to and from the gym. I simply warm up, workout, stretch a little bit, shower, and have dinner!
